Schott Glass Capillary Viscometer - Time Measurement Device for Viscosity Determination
ViscoClockplus is an electronic timing device used to determine absolute and relative viscosity. It includes a bracket for installing viscometers or electronic measurement units. Two measurement levels are merged onto a bracket made of high-quality PPA synthetic material, and the electronic measuring device is contained within the PP sleeve. The large LCD display allows measurement values to be easily read.
• Characteristics
Scope of use
Design ViscoClock for the use of Ukrainian viscometers, micro Ukrainian viscometers, or micro Austrian viscometers manufactured by SCHOTT instruments. ViscoClock automatically measures the steady flow rate of liquid through a viscometer capillary at -40 ° C to 150 ° C (temperature time).
For temperature stability in the constant temperature bath, the following liquids are suitable: water, ethanol water (such as ethanol, methanol), paraffin oil, and silicone oil liquids can be measured to meet the standards commonly used in viscometers.
accuracy
The precise method for determining liquid viscosity is to measure them using a capillary viscometer; The function of ViscoClock is determined according to this method. The operation time is indicated as 1/100 second with quartz accuracy. The measurement uncertainty with a confidence level of 95% is displayed with an accuracy of 0.01% for calculating absolute and relative viscosity measurement time
Absolute viscosity
Only calibrated viscometers manufactured by SCHOTT instruments are suitable for calculating absolute viscosity in temperature stable, transparent constant temperature baths.
Relative viscosity
For the measurement and calculation of relative viscosity, all Ukrainian viscometers, both uncalibrated and calibrated, can be used for manual or automatic measurements.
